30 Day Return Policy on Items that are In Stock and Shipped

We allow for returns of un-opened products for up to 30 days from time of order.  After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund.

To start the return process simply reply back to your order email - or Contact Us and include your order number.

Refunds for returned items will only be completed once the merchandise is received back to our warehouse and inspected for damage.

Returning / Refunding of Item Back Orders - Shipped or Un-shipped

Our site allows for paid in full Back Ordering of select new or limited availability items.  If a Back Order is cancelled by the Customer there will be a 15% restocking fee charged.

Shipping

The shipping costs for product returns will be paid for by the Customer.  If you are shipping an item over $75 USD you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to cover the total retail cost of all merchandise.
